Mary Maxim contest

In case you were thinking about entering the Mary Maxim contest, you only have a few days left to fill out the entry form. I keep thinking about it but just realized how close the entry date is. I'm thinking of a Christmas decoration type of thing. The afghans are due in approximately _1_ month, (nope, no kickbacks for me but I'd take them;))

For the Payton update:
Physical therapy is going a little slower than anticipated for Payton. They are reteaching him to crawl and it's causing some pain in his right leg. Apparently the right leg was more damaged by the acid than the left - I don't know if it's because the way the liquid was on the sliding board or the puddle. We were hoping he'd be out this week, in time for Mother's Day, but right now it doesn't look like it's going to happen. If we had thought about it a bit more, we would have realized the recovery time wouldn't be that quick.
