huh? crochet patterns?

I am totally untogether. Not unusual but becoming a little too common for my liking,I'm not exactly sure what to do about it. Work has been a pain and luckily it has just eased up (for a little while). Anyway, I thought I'd post some free patterns

Yes, it's a "Peep" but you can't eat it. You can crochet it, however. (Have you ever tried dipping the Peeps in melted chocolate? It is not for the faint hearted or anybody watching their weight or sugar intake)

For some reason, I am fascinated by round afghans. I guess because I've made so many square shaped ones...

I particularly liked this pattern of Max - King of the Wild Things. I might make it for my own grown up "king of the wild things"

The year of the tiger began on February 14, 2010. So if you need a pattern for a tiger, here you go: http://www.favecrafts.com/Crochet-Amigurumi/Year-of-the-Tiger-from-Lily-Sugar-n-Cream#

And last but not certainly least, there's a new online crochet magazine. It's called "Tension Magazine" and you definitely need to check it out for their cool patterns

That's it for now. Between getting the yarn for the Special Olympics scarf way too late and work destroying my hand, I have yet to manage to make _1_ scarf for the Special Olympics. I hope I can finish the one I'm working on and get it out in time. Somewhere along the way, I must have missed what the colors were supposed to be for this year. I need to pay closer attention or have somebody poke with with a stick or something. I can't figure out how everything has gotten so complex when it appears that nothing's going on. I think I need a vacation;)
